These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of hauntandhome.co and your purchase of products from Haunt & Home.
Throughout these Terms, “Haunt & Home,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Haunt & Home. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer or user of our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
1. Our Store
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products. However, purchases made through this website are transactions between you and Haunt & Home—not Shopify.
We currently sell and ship products to eligible addresses within the United States. Availability may vary by location.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
3. Product Information

- Product packaging or minor details may change without materially affecting the product.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. Current processing times, delivery estimates and other shipping information are available in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, fulfillment partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Some products may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment has started.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have when an order is delayed, lost, damaged or not delivered.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible requests must generally be made within 30 days after delivery. Depending on the circumstances, we may approve a refund, partial refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after processing or fulfillment has started.
